Much like how our nutrition and health-coaching programs at Santé are bespoke and tailored to the individual client's goals and needs - so too are our Pilates programs.

SMM ~ The Santé Move Method
The Santé Move Method is influenced by various movement modalities including yoga, barre and aspects of functional HIIT; all aimed at lengthening, strengthening and elongating the body.
Our sessions are carefully structured around the following key areas to deliver a dynamic, well-rounded, full-body movement experience which reaps effective results both functionally and aesthetically, and most importantly -
is a hell of a lot of fun!
What to expect in a Santé Move Pilates Class...
~ Emphasis and education on pelvic floor activation, the breath as well the intrinsic core muscles, as these are fundamental to the Pilates practice
~ Strengthening the body's stabiliser muscles
~ Improving balance, mobility and flexibility
~ A focus on alignment and technique to improve body awareness
~ Use of small props to 'spice up' our sessions, including: light weights, Swiss ball, resistance bands, chi ball, foam roller and Pilates ring (just to name a few)
~ Elongating and strengthening muscles using time under tension to elongate and tone the body i.e. slow and controlled pulses, static holds, learning how to create body-weight resistance to really feel that deep and spicy Pilates burn we all know and love!
